The electric pancake maker allows you to easily make generous, fluffy pancakes of uniform size. With its enamelled cast iron plate, it is the ideal appliance for hotels, B&B, restaurants, and cafés looking for a high-performance, easy-to-use device. The plate features 7 molds, each 12 cm in diameter and 3 mm deep.

Built with the same design as all Krampouz professional crepe makers, it features a pearl-style heating element arranged in a spiral and placed beneath the plate for even heat distribution and perfectly cooked pancakes. This exclusive technology ensures great precision.

The enamelled cast iron plate is ready to use right out of the box, as it requires no seasoning and offers cooking performance and heat consistency comparable to machined cast iron. Pancakes release easily and the plate is simple to clean.

The electric pancake plate is designed for occasional use (around 4 hours per day). The custom-developed control knob is sturdier and more resistant to pulling. The temperature is precisely adjustable from 50 to 300 °C.
